Cancellation Policy
I. Order Cancellation
(A) Cancellation Time
We accept order cancellation requests before the subscription service becomes effective. Additionally, within 14 days from the date of subscription or agreement signing, users can cancel the order without providing any reason and withdraw from the service agreement and digital product agreement. Once the subscription service is activated and more than 14 days have passed, order cancellation will not be supported.
(B) Refund Rules
- If the order is cancelled before it becomes effective, you will receive a full refund.
- If the order is cancelled without reason within 14 days from the date of subscription or agreement signing, you will receive a full refund regardless of whether the service has been activated.
- If the subscription service has been activated and more than 14 days have passed, the order cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be provided.
II. Refunds
(A) Refunds for New Subscription Orders
- Refund Period: Users can apply for a full refund without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of successful payment. If more than 14 days have passed, a full refund can still be applied for if no subscribed video content (including short dramas) has been watched. Once any content has been watched, it is considered that the service has been used, and no refund will be supported.
- Application Process: Contact our customer service email at support@idrama.co and provide the order number. After the application is approved, the refund will be processed and returned to the original payment method within 3 - 5 working days.
(B) Refunds for Auto - Renewal Orders
- Renewal Management: You need to turn off the auto - renewal function at least 5 working days before the end of the current subscription period through account settings or by contacting our customer service at support@idrama.co . Otherwise, the system will automatically deduct the fee. Once the auto - renewal is successful, the deducted fee is non - refundable, but you can terminate future renewals at any time.
- Handling of Incorrect Renewals: If duplicate deductions occur due to system errors or user misoperations, you can file an appeal within 7 days after the deduction. After verification, the overcharged amount will be refunded (limited to 1 time per year). Please send your appeal to service@idrama.co.
(C) Refund Processing Flow
- Once your refund application is submitted, we will conduct a review. After the review is approved, you will be notified of the result via email.
- If your refund application is approved, the funds will be automatically returned to your original payment method. The specific arrival time depends on the payment platform, usually taking 1 - 7 working days.
III. Late or Missing Refunds
(A) Self - Check Steps
If you haven't received the refund yet, first check the transaction records of your payment account and bank statements again.
(B) Contacting Institutions
If the refund record still cannot be found, please contact your payment platform or bank to confirm whether there is a processing delay. Some payment platforms or banks may take some time to process refunds.
(C) Contacting Us
If you still haven't received the refund after the above operations, please contact us via the customer service email support@idrama.co, and we will assist you in further verification and processing.
IV. User Responsibilities and Precautions
(A) Viewing is Considered Consumption
Once any content (including trial viewing and trailers) is played after subscription, it is considered that the service has been used. If more than 14 days have passed since subscription, the no - reason refund policy will no longer apply.
(B) Subscription Period is Non - Divisible
Canceling the subscription midway does not support the refund of the paid fees. You can continue to use the service until the end of the current subscription period (for example, if a quarterly subscriber cancels the subscription, the remaining 2 months of rights and interests are still valid).
(C) Auto - Renewal Reminder
The system will send a reminder via the registered mobile phone/email 3 days before renewal. Fees deducted due to the user's failure to turn off auto - renewal in a timely manner will not be refunded. For any questions, please contact service@idrama.co.
